Services

Every engagement answers one question: will people actually use what you are building? Choose the entry point that matches where you are. Each service is self-contained, priced up front, and designed to leave your team stronger than before.

All work is available remotely or on site, in English [add other languages].

01

AI Behavioral Audit

Two weeks to a clear answer on why adoption is stalling.

Best for

Teams with an AI feature live or nearly live, seeing weak uptake, shaky trust, or quiet churn, or determined to prevent all three.

What happens

I examine your AI experience end to end through a behavioral lens: how expectations get set, how trust is built or broken, what happens at the moment of error, how feedback flows, and how the AI's role is disclosed. I combine expert review against documented human–AI interaction patterns with targeted interviews and your existing analytics.

What you receive
  • A behavioral diagnosis mapped to specific screens and moments, explaining where the experience loses people and why
  • A prioritized fix list, quick wins first, ranked by expected impact and effort
  • A regulatory flag review covering design choices that could raise questions under EU rules on manipulative or deceptive patterns
  • A working session with your team to turn findings into a plan
Format2 weeks. Fixed fee. Remote first.
Enterpriseavailable as a repeatable review across multiple product teams, with a consolidated report for leadership.
02

Agent Experience Design

A personality your users trust, engineered rather than improvised.

Best for

Teams building a chatbot, copilot, or agent who understand that how it behaves will decide whether people rely on it.

What happens

We design the behavioral layer of your agent together: persona and tone, confidence and uncertainty signals, error acknowledgment, escalation and refusal patterns, and the right degree of humanness. Too mechanical and users disengage. Too human and they over-trust or feel misled. Research points to a workable middle, and we tailor it to your product, your users, and your risk profile.

What you receive
  • An agent behavior specification your team can implement and test, covering persona, tone principles, uncertainty behavior, and boundary handling
  • Example dialogues for the moments that decide everything: first use, failure, sensitive topics, user frustration
  • Written design rationale tied to evidence, so settled decisions stay settled
Format3 to 4 weeks. Fixed fee or day rate. Includes two co-design workshops.
03

Human–AI Research Sprint

Watch real users meet your AI, and learn what dashboards will never show you.

Best for

Teams making a significant AI bet who want evidence on the table before or shortly after launch.

What happens

I design and run a focused study of how your users actually engage with your AI feature: moderated sessions, behavioral tasks, and structured trust measurement. We learn where users hesitate, what they expect the system to do, and how they respond the first time it gets something wrong. Study design by a researcher trained in psychological measurement means the findings carry weight in your next roadmap discussion.

What you receive
  • A complete study: design, recruitment, moderation, analysis
  • Findings mapped directly to decisions: fix, keep, test next
  • Highlight clips that convince skeptics faster than any slide
  • Optional: a repeatable protocol your team can rerun every release
Format2 to 3 weeks depending on recruitment. Fixed fee plus participant incentives.
04

Behavioral Science for AI Teams

Give your team the human lens permanently.

Best for

Product trios, AI feature teams, and design organizations that want this capability in-house. A natural fit for mid-market and enterprise teams scaling AI across several products.

What happens

A hands-on workshop, from half a day to two days, where your team learns the core psychology of human–AI interaction: trust calibration, over-reliance, anthropomorphism, error recovery. Then they apply it immediately to your product in facilitated working sessions. People leave with decisions made and a method they will reuse.

What you receive
  • A shared vocabulary and a practical checklist for every AI design review
  • Improvements to your actual product, made during the workshop
  • Follow-up office hours to keep the practice alive
FormatHalf-day, one-day, or two-day formats. On site or remote. Volume options for multiple teams.

FAQ

Common questions

Often that is the best setup. Your team keeps ownership, and I bring the behavioral science depth and AI-specific patterns most teams have had little chance to build. Handover is part of every engagement.
